Personal Lines Account Manager
This role focuses on managing and servicing our portfolio of personal lines clients (home, auto, etc.). You will be the main point of contact for policy changes, renewals, and client inquiries.
Commercial Lines Account Manager
This role focuses on managing and servicing our portfolio of commercial/business clients. You will support producers and work directly with clients on renewals, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
Retention Specialist
This role is dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction and retaining our existing business. You will proactively reach out to clients at renewal, address concerns, and work to secure their continued partnership.
